What’s in it for you

Exposure and growth. You want to be a critical player at a growing, global organization. You want to transition from a manager on the manufacturing floor into a process builder role at the corporate level. You want to be a key contributor and continue to grow your career, moving up to researching and implementing a new ERP system.

Impact and autonomy. You want a change in the pace of your work and a greater range in what you are working on. You want to design and rollout processes, not just execute them. This is a chance to build the perfect system based on your hands-on knowledge.

  • Transform and optimize. Identify and apply industry best practices. Implement techniques that align and improve product quality across all facets of materials management (warehousing, inventory and logistics functions). Measurably improve process performance.
  • Collaborate. Partner with key stakeholders evaluating recommended changes in business processes that significantly impact the end-to-end-processes.
  • Analyze. Develop metrics for process measurement and identify future improvements.

As a Materials Management and Inventory Control Analyst, you have:

  • Direct Experience. You have 5+ years of progressive experience in Materials Management. You have expertise in the end-to-end manufacturing process from the bill of materials to end-product delivery. You have hands-on knowledge of ERP operations and procedures as related to inventory, warehouse and logistics management. You are familiar with enterprise business processes for a manufacturing business. You have expertise in process analysis, design and documentation.
  • Technical. You are proficient in the MS Office Suite including Visio. You have familiarity with Crystal Reports.
  • Interpersonal. Your communication skills - written, verbal, presentation - are outstanding. You are comfortable talking to teams from the manufacturing shop upwards to C-level executives. You have the confidence to take a stand, defend your decision and hear the opposition. You are naturally looked to for direction in a crisis, and you are comfortable facing adversity head-on.
