Who we need
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, we are adding a Client Services Associate, who understands the workflows of product manufacturing, to the team. This is an end-to-end role focused on managing the sales order process and ensuring the accuracy of data entering our ERP system. It’s an exciting opportunity for a relationship builder with invoicing and customer-facing experience to apply their skills and expand their knowledge, working across multiple business units including Sales, Project Managers, Aftermarket care and third-party offsite installation teams.
