As we continue to grow, we need to bring on board our first full-time Total Rewards Specialist for our newly established Total Rewards Centre of Excellence. You love to roll-up-your-sleeves and get the job done, while also seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and creating and building for the future. You execute the day-to-day while creating and implementing processes and programs based on your analytics. You’re ready to face any challenge that comes your way and you don’t quit until you’ve won.
